Level 1 - Introductory Workshops/Talks and Demonstrations

A pre-training experience. Learn basic techniques that enable you to develop the feel and sensing of the energy. In these inspirational workshops you will learn the concepts of the energy matrix of the body and how we influence our own energy blueprint. This provides the tools to create positive change in our health and indeed our lives.

If you would like to discuss arranging a talk or a workshop in your area, please contact us.

Level 2 - A nine month part-time course (one weekend a month)

Learn the physical and psychological issues of each energy centre, or chakra. As each energy centre is studied the student will clear out the baggage from different areas of their life. As this process takes place the student's energy vibration is heightened conducive to self-healing and the healing of others.

We teach the techniques for bringing about transformation in your life.

We provide the tools to create positive change in your health blueprint.

We help develop proficiency in the use of Bio-Energy Therapy.

Everybody has within them the ability to be a healer. With the right training, this natural ability can be discovered and cultivated.

People learn in different ways -

  • Visual
  • Auditory
  • Kinesthetic

Through creative, interactive and fun processes we employ accelerated learning techniques which engage students and facilitate faster learning and more effective retention of essential information.

A monthly journal is kept to record energy and healing experiences through the month. This also helps the instructor to monitor personal development.

Combining mind and body to cultivate vital energy

Margaret Lovatt has been studying Chi Kung for seven years and has been teaching it through courses in Scotland for the past six years, as well as the advanced training courses in London and Ireland.

"The feedback is amazing! The students can't wait to have the Chi Kung sessions on the training course. It really sets them up for their practical work."

Margaret has learned many forms of Chi Kung from her instructor who makes annual visits to China. She has also attended training in Scotland with Chen Lei, the top Wushu champion in China until his recent retirement from competition. Chen Lei visits Scotland every year to present training.

Some of the forms practised

  • Wu Qin Xi - The Five Animals
  • Ba Duan Jin - The Eight Silk Brocade

Chi Kung and the NHS

The research in recent years has proven the benefits of Chi Kung exercises not only in maintaining good health but having a positive effect on disease.

This year an exciting opportunity has arisen to bring Chi Kung into the National Health Service. Margaret will be teaching the health care practitioners to teach their patients and clients This is a great step forward in introducing energy work to western medicine. The Maggie Centre in Dundee already has Tai Chi proving very beneficial in the palliative care of the patients.
